Alexei Volkov is “The Punisher.” His nickname is well-earned.

Volkov, a bus driver from Zelenograd, claims he’s had more than 100 accidents, even though these can hardly be called “accidents.” When Volkov’s bus is cut off, he responds by being a vengeful road opponent. Then he posts the footage to his YouTube page, recorded, naturally, on his dashboard camera, a staple of vehicle operators in the Land of WTF.

NBC News adds an important footnote:

And what does the bus company he works for in Zelenograd, Russia, think about his vigilante antics?

“If there is no fault of mine, the management doesn’t care,” he said. “The bus usually gets only minor damage. If the damage is more serious, they just wait for the insurance payments and then repair [it].”

Now check out this awesome interview with the “teacher of teachers.”
