Have you ever wondered what a clam does when there’s salt within its reach? Well, today’s your lucky day. (Or if you visited HyperVocal last year, you would have already seen a similar video.)

This video shows what looks like a clam licking up some salt. But we all know clams don’t have tongues! They have a “muscular foot” that helps them with mobility. Duh. Either way, take a look at the slimy video below:

As one of the commenters wisely said, “This video would kill if you put some googly eyes on the clam.” Kill, it would.
