The New York subway system — especially the L line — is a gloomy place. It’s hot and the trains never come and everything sucks. People tend to respect your privacy so you can stew alone in your misery. Passengers simply don’t speak to one another. That’s how it is.

So this video of a Manhattan-bound train full of drunk 20-somethings singing Queen’s “Bohemian Rhapsody” together at 3 in the morning should definitely put a smile on your face. Thank god someone recorded it. We’ll even forgive the vertical video syndrome.

There has to be some way to measure whether Queen’s classic is the song most often sung while drunk. (Evidence here.)

The same case could be made for the following titles: Song Most Often Sung While Driving With Dad or Song Most Often Sung While William Shatner.
