Is anyone familiar with parenting customs in Xiangtan, China? Perhaps this kind of thing isn’t frowned upon, but surely it can’t be a good idea to drop firecrackers down a manhole with little kids standing next to it. Right? Even if this is an elaborate J. Walter Weatherman lesson, it’s not kosher.
