This is a re-post from Christmas 2010 …

Either New York City children think Santa Claus is an old gay bear living in Chelsea or they’ve unfortunately been given some faulty information about the location of his North Pole toy shop.

When Dylan and Jim mysteriously began to receive letters addressed to Santa at their 22nd Street apartment, they suspected the latter. Having no idea where these letters came from, the two men set out to fulfill wishes for the children writing them. The only problem: where to even start.

In a season plagued by consumerism, Sarah Klein and Tom Mason bring you this short, heart-warming tale of the true meaning of Christmas.

St. Nick should reward these two saints. This world doesn’t need miracles. It needs more people like Dylan and Jim. Merry Christmas.
