Red Bull doesn’t just give you wings, apparently. It gives you balls of freakin’ steel.

Colombian downhill mountain biker Marcelo Gutierrez, who regularly records and uploads his races, posted a new video from one of the most terrifying courses you’ll ever see. In the foothills of Montserrate, Gutierrez and the other riders are forced to descend 2,000 meters (6,500 feet) while riding over 1,000 steps on the way down. This took him just 4 minutes and 27 seconds to complete, though it might take regular folk like us about 4 hours and 27 minutes to carefully navigate each step.

Great effort, though it’s worth noting that winner Filip Polc beat him by one second.
