‘Downhill Babes’ Skateboarding Down Mountain at High Speed Just Exude Cool

Maryhill Loops Road in Goldendale, Washington, home of the yearly ISGA World Cup Series longboarding event, is a big destination for people who like coasting at incredibly high speeds for five minutes. These two women start off holding hands before both saying, “Psh, we got this,” and conquering the slope like it’s a ride down the driveway in a Big Wheel.

I spent this whole video (see also: this one, this one … and this one) imagining where it’d be least painful to bail out and roll 20 feet rather than try to stay on the board and just … die.
