Dirty Sanchez: Jets QB Caught Wiping Booger on Backup
New York Jets quarterback Mark Sanchez played a fantastic second half against the Super Bowl-bound Steelers, but a slow start and a 24-point hole in Pittsburgh just could not be overcome.
Pittsburgh took the opening kickoff and embarked on a lengthy nine-minute drive, keeping the Jets defense on the field and sidelining the second-year signal-caller. So what did Sanchez do to keep himself busy while Ben Roethlisberger and the Steelers’ offense controlled the ball? He wiped a little booger on his backup. Mark Brunell, you just got Dirty Sanchez’d on national television.
Amazingly, against one of the league’s top defenses, this was Sanchez’s only pick of the game:
