Jon Stewart on Gretchen Carlson’s War on Christmas Crusade The Daily Show writers and host Jon Stewart enjoy beating up on Fox & Friends, the cable news network’s morning show in which knowing the answers takes a backseat to feigned outrage. Stewart’s gone after co-host Gretchen Carlson many times, most famously for her “playing dumb” routine. You see, Carlson graduated with honors from Stanford University, yet she often claims to not know what things mean in order to pass herself off as the ditzy blonde Fox News viewers want to see in the morning. Well, Carlson’s in the Daily Show crosshairs again, and this one’s too good to be true. Stewart absolutely lambastes her for her, once again, feigned outrage in the War on Christmas. Carlson can’t believe that Tulsa, Oklahoma would change its parade name from “Christmas” to “Holiday,” to which Stewart points out that Christmas has survived an awful lost worse than a Tulsa name change. Opps, my brain fell out… Oh, well… Jon Steward doesn’t have to worry… None of the wars on “anything” [drugs, porn, sex, violence, etc.] have never worked out anyways. Now if you don’t mind, I’ll go back to watching some cartoon character who saves Christmas.
