Ice Cube Says He’d Give Obama a Record Deal

HyperVocal contributor Liz Glover sat down with the rapper/actor/director to talk about Obama’s singing career and the presidential campaign. Ice thinks Obama needs to work on his stage presence — ”He looked like he was ready to give it up too soon. When you grab the mic, grab it tight. Don’t cover the crown” — but says he’d sign the prez to a record deal anyway.

“Yeah, I’d sign him!” he says. “If he wants to come sing the blues, we can incorporate some hip-hop into that.”
