ISIS Workout Program Posted to YouTube

There has been a flood of training videos posted to online social media outlets by masked men claiming affiliation with the group formerly known as al Qaeda in Iraq, now called Islamic State of Iraq and Syria, or ISIS.
Among these is a 45-minute video entitled “Islamic Jihad Training Program” video and tagged as an “Islamic State Workout Video.” It was posted on June 9 by ISIS Land of Tawheed. The footage shows masked soldiers knocking out some serious training drills, including jumping through rings of fire.
Even more bizarre, perhaps, is that the video is tagged as a workout video … the most terrifying workout video ever.
