There’s an inextricable link between sports and intensity of emotion, and when the outcome doesn’t go the right way there’s a possibility that an inexplicable force will take over a fan’s body and make them believe they are The Hulk. HULK SMASH. A UC Santa Barbara fan had one such experience at a game vs. Hawaii on Thursday, and he’s probably regretting it today.

Hawaii coach Gib Arnold was arguing with refs about a foul called on one of his players when this bro flew in out of nowhere and got in Arnold’s face. Just as quickly as he came, so was he shoved off by two Hawaii players who were like, bro you cannot be serious with that headband.

The headband bro is in big trouble after his ridiculous outburst.

“The student will obviously face legal action,” Santa Barbara athletic department spokesman Bill Mahoney said. “He will also be subject to action from a judicial review board through UCSB student affairs. … I can’t speculate on the penalties.”

Definitely well worth it.
