“It wasn’t clean; it wasn’t fun. It was awful; it was sickening. It was racist.” –Rodeo spectator Perry Beam

Rodeo officials are backpedaling like a wounded cowboy after a clown dressed in a Barack Obama mask taunted a bull at the Missouri State Fair bull riding competition on Saturday night. “We’re going to smoke Obama, man,” the announcer declared. Watch this nonsense:

“The Sport of Rodeo is not meant to be a political platform. We are taking measures by training and educating our contract acts to prevent anything like this from ever happening again,” the Missouri Rodeo Cowboy Association stated in an apology. Sure, now you think it’s a bad idea.

Maybe his first, but this will definitely be Obama’s last rodeo.
