Seattle Internet personality and rapper Freddy E. — born Frederick Eugene Buhl — live-tweeted the moments that led up to his own suicide over the weekend. He died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound, according to the King County Medical Examiner. Here’s what he tweeted leading up to his death:
Freddy E. was best known for his YouTube show, “Jerk TV,” which counted more than 65,000 subscribers and nearly 7 million views.
Freddy’s father, Frederick Douglass Buhl, made a statement for the family on his personal Facebook page: “Our family is saddened beyond words; our loss is great; this tragedy is enormous and unforseen. Not only our family, but the world has lost a talented, sensitive, brilliant young man who lit up our existence with his. We love him a great deal, and he will be sorely missed. We pray that God will now watch over him, and we ask all of you to include Frederick and our entire family in your thoughts and prayers.”The Verge]
