An Australian woman left partially paralyzed by a car accident is getting the chance to do something she never thought she’d be able to do again: surf.

Since the crash, 50-year-old Pascale Honore has raised two sons who surf daily. She often talked about how she misses the waves. One of her friends’ son, Tyron, a professional diver and surfer, came up with the idea of Duct-taping her to his back. And it worked, amazingly.

This wasn’t a one-off occurrence. According to the Herald, the duo continues to surf in tandem and are planning other big trips.
