If you ever wanted to see Prison Break rebooted with a cat in a supporting role, the Mystical WTF Land of Russia has your script.

Prison guards on patrol at a penal colony in Russia’s Komi province, about 600 miles north of Moscow, watched a cat scale a fence and noticed something strange upon closer inspection. After detaining the inbound cat, the guards found cell phones and chargers taped to the cat’s body.
