Miss Alabama Gains 100K Followers After Dockett, Musburger Swoon “Notre Damnnnn, Gina.” –Martin Lawrence watching the BCS championship. The University of Alabama crushed Notre Dame 42-14 to claim its third BCS championship in four years. The game was essentially over by halftime, when the Crimson Tide led by four scores and seemed to be playing in a different league altogether. Only three things kept this night interesting: 1. Arizona Cardinals defensive end Darnell Dockett openly hit on Alabama quarterback A.J. McCarron’s girlfriend, Katherine Webb, better known as Miss Alabama. Dockett then tweeted “Shit that was suppose to be DM!” Webb picked up more than 100,000 followers during the game, including LeBron James. Dockett never deleted the tweet, and he’s having fun with it. Here are two sample tweets from the aftermath of the Wing Stop Bowl: RT @dictatednotread: @ddockett got this girl to 120k followers tho. Lmao—– And @10ajmccarron wont even say thank you. So ungrateful. — DARNELL DOCKETT (@ddockett) January 8, 2013 Aye babe I know I know.@_katherinewebb ill be there shortly! lockerz.com/s/275364265 — DARNELL DOCKETT (@ddockett) January 8, 2013 Follow Us 2. Brent Musburger helped Webb’s cause, too. The 73-year-old got SLAYED on Twitter and sports blogs about his fawning over Webb. She went to Auburn, which would have made things weird had Musburger not made things weirder by commenting on her beauty in a 50 Shades kind of way.
