Here’s the thing about that classy ESPN “Chink in the Armor” headline, which made (inter)national news over the weekend. You’d like to believe the tear-stained story of 28-year-old Anthony Federico, who expressed what appears to be sincere remorse, and who said it was completely unintentional.

But any media employee charged with headline writing will tell you, it’s not as simple as think-write-publish. You sit there and agonize over every word. You come at it from all angles. You scrutinize it, you optimize it for search engine rankings, you turn it up to 11 for linkbait. That was no accident.

And if that was no accident, then neither is this gem from AccessNorthGa.com on Sunday.

It was billed as a “God and Country” rally. It ended up a Lemon Party apparently.

The fun’s just beginning on this one, though. Head on over to our sister site Headlines That Suck to participate in a Cumming rally of your own. So far, the punchlines on this one are pretty solid.

And if that’s a little too risque for your liking, go play around with some others. Like:

• Iran urged to hold off attack on Iran
• First test-tube hamburger ready this fall: researchers
• Norway driver stopped with five reindeer in car
• Phil Mickelson’s Ball Hits Tree, Ends Up In Man’s Shorts
• Bakersfield Man Arrested For Allegedly Eating Cats
