Chosen wisely: The cast of The West Wing has now come together over the past year for a PSA about walking and an instructional campaign ad for nonpartisan voting on behalf of a Michigan judicial candidate.

Okay, so it’s not just any judicial candidate — it’s Bridget Mary McCormack, a law professor and dean at the University of Michigan Law School and sister of Mary McCormack, who played Deputy National Security Adviser Kate Harper for the final 48 episodes of the show. It’s unclear how the Sisters McCormack managed to convince just about everyone in the cast except Rob Lowe (who is lit’rally very busy elsewhere) to fly to Michigan to shoot this ad.

The best part about these West Wing reunions is that they stay obsessively true to the series — President Bartlet dropping “What’s next?” and putting on his jacket in that weird boy-king scholarly way he did back when Lawrence O’Donnell played his abusive headmaster father. Kudos.
