Michelle Obama appeared on The Ellen DeGeneres Show on Wednesday to promote her healthy eating and fitness program and spent much of her appearance dishing the dirt on President Obama.

“He thinks he’s neat,” FLOTUS told Ellen candidly. “In Chicago his idea of putting his suit away was hanging it on the edge of a door.” Presidents! They’re Just Like Us — if by “suit” you mean “sweatpants” and “door” you mean “piles of other clothes on the floor.”

Also, more importantly, this happened: Ellen asks Michelle, “So, how many push-ups can you do?” and challenges her to a contest — live, with the studio audience counting. “I can do some,” Michelle says all modestly, then rips off her leather jacket and bam, her biceps and triceps make everybody’s face explode.

See below:

The contest I’d most like to see: Michelle Obama versus this 7-year-old, the “World’s Strongest Boy” who does push-ups on glass bottles and makes “human flags” for fun.
