Olympian Favor Hamilton Tweets Response to Being Outed as Escort

Earlier on Thursday we re-introduced some of you to Suzy Favor Hamilton, three-time U.S. Olympian, seven-time U.S. champion and the most decorated female athlete in NCAA track and field history. Favor Hamilton found herself in a tight spot, having just been outed by The Smoking Gun for leading a double life as a high-end, $600-an-hour escort.

For any PR flacks wondering how to deal with a crisis, the beloved Wisconsin track star took to Twitter (@FavorHamilton) to explain and apologize for her actions in the most honest, clear and concise manner possible.
