The New Mexico State Fair went out with a bang.
In addition to the carnival, games, livestock shows, International Indian Final Rodeo, Annual State Fair Parade and many other festivities, this year’s exhibition featured a whole bunch of people in handcuffs. “Police say they made more than 130 arrests,” according to the Las Cruces Sun-News. “That includes 85 related to prostitution and 45 related to drugs.”
