George Zimmerman is awaiting trial on a charge of second-degree murder for killing 17-year-old Trayvon Martin in a gated community in Sanford, Florida.

The 28-year-old Zimmerman, currently free on $1 million bail, may have more legal troubles and bad optics after Special Prosecutor Angela Corey released additional evidence on Monday.

A female relative, two years Zimmerman’s junior, alleged in a tearful piece of testimony that the defendant molested her for a decade.

Hawaii News reports:

“It started when I was 6, he’s almost about two years older than I am,” witness 9 said in an interview released by the prosecution. “He would put his hands under my pants, under my underwear.”

She told police the abuse ended when she was 16 years old and mentioned another alleged victim, but would not give the other victim’s name.

“He would put his hands down my shirt and just rub and grab my chest,” witness 9 said.

In a tearful March 20 interview with Sanford police, the witness said the incidents occurred at Zimmerman’s parents’ house and a house in Lake Mary.

Why had she never came forward? Witness 9 said, “Everyone loved him and he made everyone happy. I knew that if I said anything he would just deny it.”

Matthew Keyes, aka @ProducerMatthew, dug up found the audio of the witness’ testimony. Serious trigger warning, as well as graphic descriptions:

As for any relevance to the killing of Trayvon Martin, “The witness also told police Zimmerman was known to be prejudiced against African Americans,” Hawaii News reported.
