Performers at tonight’s show include Sir Paul McCartney, the Rolling Stones, Eric Clapton, Sean Combs, Chris Rock, Jon Bon Jovi, Billy Joel, Alicia Keys, Bruce Springsteen, Roger Waters, Kanye West, The Who and many more.
Some spoilers have been circulating today, like McCartney filling in for Kurt Cobain as the frontman for Nirvana, leading to #BeatlesNirvanaSongs, with suggestions like “Come Together As You Are,” “Sgt Peppers Lonely Heart Shaped Box Club Band” and “Rape Me Do.”

With 37 cable networks airing the four-hour charity benefit alongside webcasts, satellite radio feeds and movie-theater showings, it will be easier to see than to avoid. In unprecedented coverage, the concert will be broadcast on channels as diverse as AMC, HBO and the Cooking Channel, as well as on several international channels.
The show will live-stream from 29 websites, including AOL, Hulu, iHeartRadio and YouTube. In-theater screenings in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut, radio coverage and an X-Box video-game-console stream will make the performance accessible to more than 2 billion people worldwide.
The lineup also includes Eric Clapton, Dave Grohl, Billy Joel, Alicia Keys, Chris Martin, Roger Waters, Eddie Vedder, Kanye West and The Who. Celebrity presenters include Jon Stewart, Leonardo DiCaprio, Sean Combs and Chris Rock.
