11 Hilariously Droll Responses to M.I.A.'s Halftime Middle Finger In case you missed it — easy to do, as it only lasted a second — singer M.I.A. flipped the bird while performing during Madonna’s Super Bowl halftime show last night, entirely upstaging every other performer, including athletes, at the event. Check it out below (starts at 1:00). Of course, the media’s heads exploded. NBC and the NFL both blamed each other. NFL: “There was a failure in NBC’s delay system. Anonymous 06.02.12 @ 8:14 pm At the this years Super Bowl everyone is talking about “the finger” and what a disgusting display it was. I hope anyone wasn’t eating during this outrage because it was truly terrible. I’m not talking about M.I.A. during the Madonna halftime show. NO! The finger I’m talking about happened up in Robert Kraft’s skybox. The shot of that fat, loudmouth m***** Rush Limbaugh picking his nose on national TV was more than I COULD TAKE! That’s probably why the Patriots lost in such a terrible manner. Rush Limbaugh spreads bad luck and trouble no matter where he shows up… Hope they fine Limbaugh because he ruined the finger food meal we had set out for the game.
