Just as the soothsayer warned Caesar to “beware the ides of March,” so did Google issue a similarly foreboding warning this morning.

The ominous tweet features a link to Good to Know School Roadshow, a Google-run digital course for teens which, “strives to be like a Drivers Ed for the web.” Because there’s nothing teens love more than Drivers Ed.
Google’s message comes at a time when paranoia about online privacy has reached a fever pitch. With the NSA targeting and investigating online groups and high-level government officials making egregious typos, one can never be too careful about what they release into the wild world wide web.
And though Google’s delivery might have been a little creepy, you’re never too young to have a healthy regard for the dumb crap you post on the internet.
