At Sunday’s Academy Awards ceremony, Disney’s ‘Frozen’ snagged the Best Animated Film award. And later on in the show, ‘Let It Go,’ the hit song from the movie performed by Idina Menzel (alias Adele Dazeem) was also named a winner. But even before the awards were announced, the movie and the song had stolen the hearts of children, adults … and local news reporters.

Last month, Cincinatti’s WKRC traffic reporter Bob Herzog went HAM with a ‘Let It Go’ parody about traffic, and now Dan Ponce of Chicago’s WGN Morning News is here with a different take on the song. This one is about snow, so it makes a little more sense? Nah, not really. But he really goes for it.

We hope this will be the last of its kind, but with the nation blanketed in ‘Frozen’ fever, the end is definitely not in sight.
