What you do while riding the subway says a lot about your personality.

Are you a sitter? Or a stander? Do you read a hard copy of “Infinite Jest” while peering over your horn-rimmed glasses? Or do you read “Fifty Shades of Grey” on your Kindle to avoid being classified as a perv?

You’ve seen all these characters before, but what would you think of a woman who decided to frost a cake as her subway activity?

Bettina Banayan is a New York-area performance artist, and she took to the bowels of the MTA to create a perfectly frosted confection. Then she naturally shared the fruits of her labor with her fellow passengers.

This isn’t the first time Banayan has taken her talents to the subway. Back in 2012, she brought a cutting board and an onion on the train and proceeded to chop away. Onions ARE the quickest way to make friends on the train.
