28 Grams of Cocaine Helped This 4th Grader to Win the Science Fair

Fourth grader Emma Bartelt has 28 grams of cocaine to thank for helping her clinch the blue ribbon at her school’s science fair. Her father, Detective Douglas Bartelt, and three drug sniffing dogs help her execute the project involving drugs with a street value of $1,300.

HyperVocal’s own Horatio Caine wannabe, Greg Seals, is blowing the lid off this case and narcing on the secret world of elementary school science fairs.
