Forget what you know about the ’80s: These kids are the best thing from the decade. No, this isn’t something from Kimmel, but it’s funny enough to be.

The videos come from a commercial contest hosted by the Cortelyou branch of the Brooklyn Public Library, and provide some of the best insight into such classics as “Freckle Juice,” “Treasure Island” and “Lunchbox Louie.”

Best evs: “Treasure Island tells you all about pirates. Dead ones, alive ones, good ones and baaaad ones.”

Gee, would never guess why they let this kid review the boring book.

You got the fevah?
