It’s here: The official trailer for Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter, now with 20% more Abe, vampires, and axe-slaying. The Tim Burton–produced flick looks like pretty much a distillation of everything that characterizes summer movies — mindless fun, grotesque violence, crazy sci-fi “what if” scenarios a la Inception and In Time, plus the girl from Scott Pilgrim vs. the World.

Oh, and sexy Harriet Tubman. Especially sexy Harriet Tubman.

The guy who plays Lincoln is Daniel Day-Lewis 29-year-old actor Benjamin Walker, whom you might know from Flags of Our Fathers. He’s now married to Meryl Streep’s daughter Mamie Gummer.

Now get ready for the legion of angry fans who claim the movie wasn’t true to the book! This always happens with literary adaptations!
