Thanks to the crack team at TVNewser, Zach Galifianakis’ split-second videobomb of MSNBC’s broadcast Sunday morning has been captured for posterity. Galifianakis was at 30 Rock to watch his friend and Hangover co-star Ed Helms host Saturday Night Live. But around 1:30 a.m. he wandered down into the MSNBC newsroom like it’s no big thing.

Anchor Veronica de la Cruz later snapped a photo with Galifianakis, and shared this video, which shows him hanging out behind her.

What’s disappointing about this is the thought of just how easy it probably is to sneak down into the MSNBC newsroom at 1:30 a.m. on Sunday. But it also feels like wasted opportunity for Galifianakis. The least he could do was make his appearance obvious and give the newscast a few funny faces instead of just blending into the background like another college intern. (via HuffPo)
