It’s hard not to un-ironically appreciate Michael Bublé.
Sure, we’ll probably only buy his albums for our mom and only listen to him in her company. But even with that said, there’s something just downright likable about the guy. So much so, that we’re strongly weighing adding NBC’s A Michael Bublé Christmas (Tues., Dec. 6, 8PM ET) to the DVR.
In the short below, Helms and Bublé play hosts to a live 1974 Christmas special that goes horribly wrong. Shockingly wrong, really. It’s an amusing bit.
Nothing is every going to top the SNL sketch featuring Jon Hamm and Bublé, but it’s great to see the entertainer continuing to flex his sly comedy chops.
“I’m truly excited to be sharing my favorite time of year with millions of people,” Bublé said in a statement. “Doing this Christmas special is a long-time dream of mine.”
Other guest stars appearing in the special include Kellie Pickler, Thalia, Oscar the Grouch, and Justin Bieber. Word is another short during the special will air with Tracy Morgan.
