This Is What Happens When You Send Canadian Soldiers Justin Bieber T-Shirts

Redditor vchama‘s mom has a sick sense of humor. She sent him four teeny-tiny Justin Bieber babydoll T-shirts while he was on tour. Naturally, this happened:

Ten points for the ironic mustache, which the black shirt actually pulls off fairly well. Kudos!

EDIT: Yep, they’re Canadian.

  1. Sorry to burst your bubble, but Army, Navy, Marines, Coast Guard, Combat Command… they’re ALL armed forces.
And if you’re a member of the armed forces of your country, you’re a soldier.

Perhaps you’re thinking “Army” when they say “Soldier”?

  3. No, I’m a sailor not a soldier. We all work together, and yes we are the armed forces, but we are distinct and unique. There’s a difference.

  4. Sorry to burst your bubble but:

    Army: Soldiers
    Marines: Marine
    Air Force: Airmen
    Navy: Sailors
Coast Guard: Coasties/Dinghy riders…I really don’t know what this one is.

Not all of the Armed Forces are soldiers, that’s just Army.

  5. Wow, only 5 comments to get to the chest beating. Soldier is perfectly fine as a GENERIC term. Don’t get your Justin Beiber panties in a twist.

  6. Soldier, Marine, whatever you want to call them. I just think they’re awesome

  8. wrong-o billis. “serviceman” is the GENERIC term. “Soldier” is a SERVICEMAN of the US ARMY.

  9. We consulted a couple different resources before using both “Marine” and “soldier,” which simply means “one engaged in military service.” Of course we don’t mean to offend, and while this headline is too late to change, next time we may use only the more specific term. Fortunately, those who aren’t as familiar with this story might search for “soldier in Justin Bieber shirts” and find it.

  15. Sorry gents but there not marines they are Canadian Army. First battalion of the royal Canadian regiment

  16. Chest beating to you but to those of us that earned it, soldier is NOT a term equal to Marine. Call me a soldier and I will surely correct you.

  17. They aren’t MARINES. Get it right! They are CANADIAN SOLDIERS. Anyone who looks at the digital camo would have been able to tell right off the bat.

  18. Actually, they’re Canadian so I’m pretty sure the one thing they aren’t, are Marines.

  19. They’re not MARINES, they’re Soldiers. They’re members of The Royal Canadian Regiment.
