Nightmares Fear Factory in Niagara Falls, Canada (where everyone’s first girlfriend who you don’t know lives) claims to be “the longest running and scariest haunted house in North America, possibly the world.” To prove how scary it is, they started a Flickr feed showing off all the frightened adults.

Buzzfeed’s Tanner Ringerud makes this astute observation: “1. Bros love going to haunted houses together. 2. Bros are easy to spook. 3. We should call them ‘scarebros.'”

It’s not just bros, though — there are a ton of great photos, but all of them beg the question, “What are they looking at?” Quite possible many of these are the same reactions people have when going to Niagara Falls for the first time (Canadian or American side, doesn’t matter).

Regardless, this is the perfect kickoff to the Halloween season, so here are a few of our favorites from the photo gallery. Check the Flickr feedfor many more greats.
